Adv. Zubery A. Suddy

Mr. Zubery A. Suddy is a highly skilled legal professional with a decade of experience in corporate law, compliance, and governance. As a strategic legal expert, he leverages his deep understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, Islamic banking, Islamic Insurance, Competition law, Seed law, contractual agreements, and legal risk management to support business objectives effectively.

Prior to joining Tanzania Official Seed Certification Institute where he works as the Acting Head of the Legal Services Unit.

Zubery served as a Senior State Attorney at Morogoro Urban Water and Sanitation Authority and Assistant Lecturer at the Institute of Judicial Administration – Lushoto where, apart from teaching, he worked as the Acting Director for Continuing Judicial Education Directorate and Head of IJA- Legal Aid Centre. He has also worked as a Legal Officer and Acting Head of Legal Services Unit at Gairo District Council. Mr. Zubery holds a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of Dar es Salaam and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
